We respect donor and organizer privacy and are committed to protecting information used to process payments, deliver receipts, and support nonprofit fundraising and campaign management.
We collect information you provide to us, including organizer and organization details, campaign details, donor information, payment metadata (such as donation identifiers), communications, and account/application information. We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location, and IP address.
We use information to operate and improve the Service, process donations, deliver receipts, review campaign applications, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain safety and security for our users and platform.
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us run the Service, including payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics vendors, and customer support providers. We may also share information with campaign operators where needed to fulfill fundraising and donation-related processes, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we may use in the future. We do not store full payment card numbers or security codes on our servers. Payment data is handled by the processor according to its security standards and applicable law.
Depending on donor choices and campaign settings, some donation information may be displayed as part of the campaign experience (for example, donor name, amount, and dedication or message). Donors may have the option to appear anonymously where offered.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, maintain sessions, understand usage trends, and improve our experience. You can control some cookie preferences through your browser settings.
